Haley Grayless, Founder & CEO, has a passion for people. Helping others love their jobs through improving employee engagement and quality leadership development is the inspiration behind Växa Collective.

With 10 years of experience in the nonprofit world, Haley understands the importance of building and creating a company culture that allows leaders and employees to feel empowered by optimizing their talents. She founded Växa Collective to help people not only enjoy where they work, but build a positive culture within the workplace, ultimately improving employee satisfaction and generating successful business results.

As a proud graduate of the University of Missouri, Haley earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with minors in Leadership & Public Service and Religious Studies in 2009. After college, she lived in New Delhi, India working with shelter homes for children who needed safe housing. Haley earned a Master of Science in Organizational Development (MSOD) from Avila University and graduated with honors in May 2019.

Now calling Kansas City, Missouri home, Haley has a heart for her community and traveling. She is looking forward to the opportunity to work with you and your company on improving workplace culture and driving better business results.
