Haley has a passion for people. Helping others find satisfaction in the workplace is the inspiration behind her work in organizational development. With over fifteen years of experience in the nonprofit world, Haley understands the importance of building and creating a company culture that allows leaders and employees to feel empowered by optimizing their talents, in turn improving employee engagement and positively impacting business results. Haley owns and operates Växa Collective, a workplace culture consulting company, and consults with Perspective Consulting using the tool The Predictive Index.

As a proud graduate of the University of Missouri, Haley earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with minors in Leadership & Public Service and Religious Studies, and earned a masters degree in Organizational Development from Avila University where she graduated with honors.
