I started this business because… honestly, hearing how miserable people were in their jobs weighed on me too heavily to do nothing about it. I constantly heard things like, “I have so much anxiety,” “I hate my boss,” and, “My team just won’t do what I need them to do” and it doesn’t have to be that way!
I’ve always been someone who has to get their hands dirty when there’s a problem. I want to be part of the solution. As Frank Costello from The Departed put it, “I don’t want to be a product of my environment; I want my environment to be a product of me.”
