If there is a task, project, meeting, etc. on your plate and someone else can do it, delegate that. Not only will you be freed up to work at the top of your license, you will empower other team members by asking them to take the reins, which will ultimately build trust, grow employee engagement, and improve your overall workplace culture. ⁠
