These books have helped shape my WHY!

I am so passionate when it comes to talking about my "why!" Over the last several years I have had this innate desire to help teams improve their workplace culture and optimize the talent within their organizations. These are some of the books that compelled me to recognize that I had a "why!"

Some of these books I recommend to other people who desire to be a better leader and maximize their efforts of encouraging people on their teams. Some of these books contain my own notes and observations and as I tweak my business. They often offer encouragement to me when I am discouraged and they provide a safe place for me to reference when helping other people.
