Good culture HAS to be intentional

In January, we did a series called “Happy New Year, Happy Employees: What Makes A Good Leader?” Little did we know that 2020 would call for so much change, pivoting, emotional and mental challenges, and implementing new ways to care for employees while most people worked from home. Leaders have had to engage employees in fresh ways, become more vulnerable, allow more flexibility on teams in order to adapt to how quickly things were changing in our world.

Leaders are responsible for creating a positive workplace culture; it doesn't just happen organically—even during a global pandemic. Good culture has to be intentional and one of the ways we grow is by focusing on quality team building and developing a deep caring connection for our team members.
