Why I Do What I Do
Hi to anyone who is new to following us! I'm Haley - the CEO of Växa Collective. This consulting company was started because I noticed that the culture could be much better in most workplaces. I learned about the Master's of Science in Organizational Development degree at a local university and decided to participate in the program.
I graduated in May 2019 and in the midst of finishing my degree, I launched this company full time. Some of my favorite things that I get to do with clients are getting to the root of their challenges so we can address the right things, and working with teams to help them find ways to be more high performing through understanding themselves and others in a better, more objective way. It's so rewarding to see those "light bulbs" go off in my sessions and hearing what these teams will do to improve the ways they work together in the future.
